MCW26: The Afterglow @ Plant the Future Cafe

Come wind down as we wrap & carry the energy forward for a regenerative future… Miami Climate 365! 🌳

Plant The Future is a biophilic art and design studio established in 2008 by creative director Paloma Teppa and her partner Yair Marcoschamer. Nestled in Little River, the studio currently operates a gallery space with a mission to create Biophilic art, objects, products, environments and experiences that reconnect people back to their innate love of nature.

The term “Biophilic” comes from “Biophilia” (latin origin, bī-ō-ˈˈfēl-yə) which means “love of life” and follows the belief that we possess an innate desire to connect with the living natural world to feel happy and fulfilled as human beings.

Plant the Future designs and artwork can be seen at their cafe and gallery located in Miami, FL on the banks of the Little River, in a converted 1960’s gas station.

Connecting to the Everglades on the west, and the Atlantic ocean to the East, this area was once home to the Tequesta Native Americans Tribe.

Plant the Future is donating 20% of any Biophilic Art sales to Miami Climate Week.
